Detoxify Your Body For A Healthier You

As we age toxins build up in our body. Toxins come from
the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink,
and the cosmetics we put on our skin.
Fasting has been used for centuries to detoxify the
body. Fasting will help you get rid of toxins and reduce
the new toxins ingested. Today due to the more dangerous
pollutants fasting will not eliminate all of them.
To start you should try a colon cleanse. Your colon may
have impacted debris in its walls. This leads to the
absorption of toxins into your blood stream. Removing
the toxins and waste material from the colon can be
accomplished with a good colon cleansing program.
When your body is full of toxins it is impossible to
lose weight. Did you know that fat cells are created to
store the toxins in your body? The more toxic you are
the more fat cells you need.
Toxins produce acid in the body. Excess acid in the body
is neutralized in a couple of different ways. The body
will create new fat cells to carry away the acid. The
more acid, the more fat cells created. And even worse,
once a fat cell is created you cannot get rid of it. You
can only reduce it in size.
Many pesticides, dioxins, heavy metals and chlorine are
fat soluble. These are stored in your fat cells. Fat in
your body is a toxic wasteland.
The first step to detoxifying your body is a colon
cleanse. This will get your bowels working. And remember
you should have a bowel movement after every meal not
once or twice a week.
Infrequent bowel movements will cause the colon to
retain waste which then becomes impacted. A natural
detoxification will get you on the right track to good
health. It will gently sweep your colon clean.
Since you are releasing toxic waste during a cleanse you
might initially feel tired. This will pass and you will
eventually have more energy and feel healthier. When
cleansing drink lots of water to help your body
detoxify.
It is best to remove toxins naturally. There are many
different colon cleanses on the market today. Pick a
nice gentle one. Think of this as a spring cleaning for
your colon.
